all about the brows
The following is a detailed description of each procedure. This is for you to get familiar with to make your appointment run smoother.
You do not have to choose specifically which style you are wanting when booking. This can be done at the time of your appointment.
THE CLASSIC
This is commonly known as microblading. This technique creates small hair line strokes to mimic what you would naturally grow in the brow area. (Not recommended for oily skin or clients that are heavy sweaters)
THE POWDER BROW
This Brow is our full GLAM option that provides a fuller makeup-like appearance. When creating the powder brow, it is performed with a machine and provides the most coverage in the brow area. You can choose a very soft shade or go for GOLD with a bold look. When you come in to the shop you can also examine my brows. They are the moderately shaded Powder Brow. (Yes I do my own) : ) This is suitable for any skin type.
COMBINATION BROWS
This brow is what we do on %98 of our clients. It is the most versatile brow we do with endless possibilities. The combination brow is the pairing of The Classic Hair stroke brow with shading as you would see in the Powder Brow. There are a million ways this can be done. You can do hair strokes throughout the brow alongside shading in between the strokes or you can do half shading, half hair strokes. This is also suitable for any skin type and can have a more fluffy full look to create something natural but making the brow appear full. This is always recommended for a client that has some hair in places and ZERO hair in areas they fill in.
**What is Microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that allows to dramatically correct or fully reconstruct lost eyebrow. Eyebrow Microblading is performed by manual deposit of pigment under top layer of the skin by a special pen. It does not involve use of a machine. Microblading technique involves drawing individual, crisp hair strokes that are more natural looking. The blade of microblading pen is 3 times thinner than the needles used for tattoo.
